WildCore is a dance based practice that leads the dancer on a path of untamed self-discovery, healing & expression. WildCore blends choreography, conscious dance, breath-work and belonging and is designed for all levels.
Soulful Stretch and Strength is a class designed for those that struggle with yoga and still want to move their body mindfully. This class will begin and end on the floor and move through postures that stretch, strengthen and tone the body, while increasing body awareness. We will work with one breath, one movement cycles that support ease of movement and inner balance.
Prana Flow Vinyasa is a style of yoga that supports you in connecting to your inner rhythms. Each of the namaskars are performed within the breathwave cycle and provide both lunar and solar options, depending on your energy level. The practice is guided with invitations to listen to your body as you move through the 3 part wave sequence. The first, Initiation Wave, sets the tone and warms the core. The second, Essential Wave, is the main body of the practice and the third, closing wave leads us through backbends, counterposes and regenerative inner arts. Every Prana Vinyasa class will synchronize with the subtleties of the moon cycles, the seasonal shifts and the global awareness of how the macrocosm moves to the microcosm and the micro to the macro. Tribal Fusion combines traditional forms of bellydance with a modern explorative
and expressive style. Influences of other dance, such as Indian, hip-hop, flamenco,
and vaudeville contribute to it’s ever evolving movement. Earthy and snake-like yet
un and cheeky, this class teaches you how to move fluidly, dynamically and inspires you
to find the beauty and power within your body.
The gbw is a sweaty, fun and effective way to strengthen and tone your entire body, while maintaining your feminine curves!!! (And maybe even adding some more!) This 90 min class will include a quick but high energy warm up that will get our heart rates going and our bodies warm and ready to build those curves!! Then we will move into our toning and strengthening moves, designed to help create more stability, balance, “usable” strength (lots of deep core work!!) and tone your entire body! Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where the music is our teacher. It aims to provide a safe space for a contemplative, freestyle dance that supports individual expression, physical and emotional well being, and community - in a spirit of sacredness and mutual respect.
Most often the music offered is created from DJ Yamuna (Brietta)!
Brietta sets you up with a personal tool or a movement inquiry that can inspire the musical journey. She is sourcing from her years of studying and leading Conscious Dance through the Soul Motion tradition, which began for her in 2001. Take a trip around the world with these global vibes, that inspire all the different aspects of you to be expressed.

Creative Dance for Kids with Charis
This creative movement class series is intended to nurture our children body, mind, and spirit.
Holding space for them to keep their bright connection with spontaneous inner joy as they grow.
In the weekly hour-long session the children will be led through storytelling, music, guided dance as well as free movement. We will also incorporate hands-on props like fabric, pillows, and drums! The children are always welcome to wear dress-ups if they like. Otherwise, comfortable clothing. Bare feet.
We have a range of attendees from new walkers, to 3-4yr old princesses, to 8 year old dragon loving -boys. We incorporate elements into our daily storytelling for every age, and it's very sweet to have the big and little siblings moving through the adventure together.
The children each find different aspects that spark their joy. It is a flexible environment where their input helps to shape the adventure of the day.
Adult Ballet with Charis
This 6 week series is intended for Adults and mature teens who want to refill their energy reservoirs through joyful movement. We will follow the traditional ballet class outline: beginning with strength and coordination practice through simple exercises and then into movement across the floor. This is a foundation building class. No former ballet training required to attend. Experienced dancers are of course welcome too.
KAP is a transformative experience of exploration and expansion. It is a process of raw life force energy transmission that is designed for removing limitations, releasing stagnant energetic blocks and reconnecting with your highest self for spiritual growth and as a method to experience deeper non-dual states of consciousness.
As the blockages in you dissipate with the flow of energy, you will become clear and experience a profound sense of wholeness. This inner shift toward self-love and unity transforms your external and internal experiences. Growth and healing are the most common experiences for KAP participants. During KAP there are not guided poses or breathwork, it is a surrender to the life force energy that exists for you and surrender to the connection of human and divine light in and around us.
The benefits of KAP are similar to those experienced after and during deep meditation. This kundalini activation process is a direct transmission that activates Kundalini human-divine energy. As soon as the transmission of energy begins, physical, emotional, and traumatic blocks start to dissipate and dissolve. It is common for emotions to be felt, expressed and released during KAP. Releasing blocked or stuck emotion is important for growth and healing to occur and as we can relax into this process we can embrace it and ourselves on a deeper level . If your healing path has lead you to consider a session of KAP you are likely to experience an expansion beyond what you imagined is possible. KAP is perfect for those who are awake and wish to become fully alive while here now.
The transmission of life force energy during KAP can align the external world with your truest sense of life and your authentic self. You may find yourself making changes with your diet, habits, thoughts, patterns and experiences. The energy transmission can result in a state of calm and peace that you have struggled to achieve with self-willed spiritual practices. During a session you may feel like energy is lifting your soul and guiding you to your truest and highest self but the most profound effects take place after a KAP session. These experiences continue to deepen with each KAP experience

The intention of these circles is to drop-in with your well ones and guides, to keep these connections forefront and flowing.
During our time, you may wish to continue the ancestral healing for your chosen line, receive nourishment/healing for yourself, simply spend time and deepen your connection with your guides, or… ???
We'll take time to determine your intention if you are unsure prior to the first drop-in.
Bring water, your journal, anything you need to feel cozy (pillow, blanket), some small offerings (chocolate, lavender, tobacco…) and something for our altar (will be returned to you).

Complete your day with more strength, flexibility, mental clarity, focus and energy. This is a one hour class to learn tools for staying calm and present in the moment while learning mindfulness with each pose. We’ll do simple breathing patterns and movements to help reverse postural/senile slumping and bring you into a state of peace and calm.
