WildCore™ Movement with Creator Brietta Leader

WildCore is a dance based practice that leads the dancer on a path of untamed self-discovery, healing & expression. WildCore blends choreography, conscious dance, breath-work and belonging and is designed for all levels.

Dance Conditioning with Brietta Leader

Dance Conditioning offers movements that creatively weave in techniques from; jazz, modern, ballet, Bellydance, African Dance and Yoga. When we dance with these expressive Movement Mudras designed from these techniques, our body will begins to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, develop core stability and enhance our brain power. The benefits of a dance practice are endless as it conditions our physical body, we release stress, integrate our mental/emotional body and feel the freedom of expression. This class is a great way to keep your mind sharp, your body conditioned and your soul connected to one of the most ancient arts on the planet, DANCE!!  


This class is designed for those intermediate and advanced level devotees or those that love to be challenged and are willing to take risks. We begin with Movement Mudras from WildCore, practice technique across the floor, experiment and play with choreography and end with exercises that increase balance, flexibility and core strength.


If you are interested in performing, this class will evolve into a Gypsy Diva rehearsal at certain times of the year. Ask Brietta if you are interested!

Kundalini Yoga with Devjeet

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yogic tradition that invites you to experience greater levels of awareness and human potential. The combination of breathing and meditation techniques , sacred sound vibrations, yogic postures and rhythmic movements offers a complete and whole practice, which in turn addresses the whole person; mind, body and soul. By balancing all aspects of our being we increase energy levels and overall well-being, enhance perception and intuition and begin to lead a life that is in alignment with our Truth. These classes are about bridging all aspects of who we are and encouraging the physical and spiritual to meet in perfect balance at the center, at the Heart. It is a ceremony of remembering that We are Love. Kundalini is a yoga for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Ecstatic Dance: First Thursday of the month

First Thursdays of the month!

 Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where the music is our teacher. It aims to provide a safe space for a contemplative, freestyle dance that supports individual expression, physical and emotional well being, and community - in a spirit of sacredness and mutual respect.  


Most often the music offered is created from DJ Yamuna (Brietta)! 

Brietta sets you up with a personal tool or a movement inquiry that can inspire the musical journey. She is sourcing from her years of studying and leading Conscious Dance through the Soul Motion tradition, which began for her in 2001. Take a trip around the world with these global vibes, that inspire all the different aspects of you to be expressed. 


Wild Flow Yoga with Hallie Owen

Wildflow Yoga is a perfect blend of yoga, breath work, dance, and meditation,

offering a variety of ways to feel more alive and present in your body.

Learn to move with the flow of your own breath, the pulse of the music and find the rhythm

and range of motion that feels good to your specific body with movements designed to assist you.

Designed for all skill levels, Wildflow Yoga helps with balance, flexibility, builds a strong 

core and develops your awareness of how to move with more ease, flow and freedom! It can actually be a perfect yoga for beginners class.

This fun, flowy style of yoga is an energizing workout as well as relaxing, dynamically 

recharging your body while lessening tension and stress.

Tribal Fusion Belly Dance with Julie

Tribal Fusion combines traditional forms of bellydance with a modern explorative 

and expressive style. Influences of other dance, such as Indian, hip-hop, flamenco, 

and vaudeville contribute to it’s ever evolving movement. Earthy and snake-like yet 

un and cheeky, this class teaches you how to move fluidly, dynamically and inspires you 

to find the beauty and power within your body.

The Goddess Body Workout (GBW) with Julie

The gbw is a sweaty, fun and effective way to strengthen and tone your entire body, while maintaining your feminine curves!!! (And maybe even adding some more!) This 55 min class will include a quick but high energy warm up that will get our heart rates going and our bodies warm and ready to build those curves!! Then we will move into our toning and strengthening moves, designed to help create more stability, balance, “usable” strength (lots of deep core work!!) and tone your entire body! We will end class with a cool down and stretching session to help keep those muscles long and lean ... and our minds and bodies relaxed!!! Join Julie at noon every Thursday at Embody Studio. Sass Class with Katie greenland

 Sass Class will unleash your inner diva with soulful movement that sparks empowered expression. Tap into sides of you that you never knew you had by making friends with your creative life force. Inspired by burlesque, jazz, modern, and street dance, you will learn simple and sultry choreography in a supportive environment that nurtures playfulness and confidence. We build each other up so each individual can move boldly on the dance floor, and in life. Sass Class teaches freedom for the body and soul. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
