Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where the music is our teacher. It aims to provide a safe space for a contemplative, freestyle dance that supports individual expression, physical and emotional well being, and community - in a spirit of sacredness and mutual respect.
Most often the music offered is created from DJ Yamuna (Brietta)!
Brietta sets you up with a personal tool or a movement inquiry that can inspire the musical journey. She is sourcing from her years of studying and leading Conscious Dance through the Soul Motion tradition, which began for her in 2001. Take a trip around the world with these global vibes, that inspire all the different aspects of you to be expressed.
Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the longer holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. Use of props allows for more accessibility in postures. No prior yoga experience is required.

The elegantly simple practice of Integrative Alexander Technique supports whatever you wish to do. Anything that a human being could possibly do can “go better” using this conscious process: playing the piano, ironing, juggling, skiing, pole vaulting, triathlon, going up stairs, jumping rope, horseback riding, gardening, shooting free throws, cooking—anything!
Class structure is inherently flexible. Any single class can accommodate everyone’s level of experience, from first-ever lesson to seasoned veteran. You can regularly attend to practice and refine skills in this conscious process, or drop in from time to time when you feel a special need around a particular activity or event. You can arrive to class with your virtuoso violin concerto, your tennis racquet, or your knitting. Discoveries on the path of learning are individual to each student and may include (and are not limited to) greater freedom and ease, enhanced imagination and creativity, and relief from various hindrances or discomfort.
